There are two common reasons why the 2FA code doesn't work:

1. Time out of sync

A common reason is that the time on your Google Authenticator app is not syncing correctly. Please follow the instruction below to configure the time on your Google Authenticator app:

On Android:

  • Go to the Main Menu on the Google Authenticator app

  • Select Settings

  • Select Time correction for codes

  • Select Sync now

On iOS (Apple iPhone):

  • Go to the Settings – this will be your phone’s system settings, not the Authenticator app settings.

  • Select General

  • Select Date & Time

  • Enable Set Automatically

  • If it’s already enabled, disable it, wait a few seconds, and re-enable

2. Mixing up multiple 2FAs

If you create 2FA for more than one of these functions, please ensure that they are labeled properly within your authenticator app so that you can quickly identify each of them. Furthermore, please remove older entries from the Authenticator to avoid confusion.

*If the issue persists, please report the problem to customer service.
