Instructions to enable/disable Google Two-Factor Authentication

  1. Visit the app store on your digital device and download ‘Google Authenticator’.

  2. Navigate to 'Security Centre' under 'Profile'.

  3. Locate 'Authenticator App' and click 'Enable now'. On the pop-up window, scroll down to locate a QR code and a set of secret keys.

  4. Follow the instructions on the pop-up to add an authentication code by scanning the QR code OR by copy & pasting the setup key into the Google Authenticator app.

  5. Once done, you will see a new 6 digit code on your Google Authenticator app.

  6. Click ‘Continue’ and enter the new 6 digit code on the pop-up window.

  7. Another 6 digit code will be sent to your email. Enter the code into the pop-up window and complete setting up your Authenticator App
