The securities overview provides the following functions that would allow you to take control of your securities account with ease.

Transfer Securities Assets

You can transfer funds between your securities account in a few simple steps:

  1. Navigate to 'Securities' under 'HONG KONG CUSTODIAN'.

  2. Click on the 'Transfer In/Out' button on the Securities page.

  3. Once the transfer instruction popup appears, fill in all the required information. Click 'Continue'.

Click 'Confirm' to confirm and submit the instruction.

Subscribe Funds/Bonds

You can subscribe to funds/bonds directly on the security overview page. The steps are as follows:

  1. Navigate to 'Securities' under 'Custodian'.

  2. Click on the 'Subscribe Bond' or 'Subscribe Fund' to subscribe to your preferred investment type.

  3. Select the investment option you are interested in from the subsequent list the enter the securities profile popup. When you are ready, click 'Subscribe'.

  4. On the instruction page, select your payment account and enter the amount you would like to subscribe to. Click 'Continue'.

  5. Upon entering the confirmation page, click 'Confirm' to place the instruction.

Third-Party Broker

You can also manage your investment via the broker's website:

  1. Navigate to 'Securities' under 'Custodian'.

  2. Click on the circular icon next to 'Fee Schedule' to enter the broker's online portal.

  3. Enter your username and password.

Download Securities Statement

To keep track of your securities account's performance, you can download the securities statements from the Securities page by:

  1. Navigate to 'Securities' under 'Custodian'.

  2. Click on the ‘Download Statement' button.

  3. When the subsequent 'Download Statement' popup appears, filter the time range of your statement and locate the item you are looking for, then click 'Download' to download the statement.
