The buy/sell operation can be done via 'Exchange' in a few simple steps:
1. Navigate to 'Digital Assets' under 'OFFSHORE CUSTODIAN'.
2. Click 'Exchange' from the 'Overview' section.
3. Once the exchange page appears, select the asset you would like to sell in the 'Sell Asset' box and the digital asset you will buy in the 'Buy Asset' box. Then enter the amount, click 'Buy'.
4. Read the 'Exchange Summary', then click 'Confirm Exchange'. Click 'Quote Again' if the quotation is timed out or click 'start over' to reset the assets or amount.
5. A platform notice, or an email will be sent to you to notify you that your instruction has been executed. You can also check your exchange history in 'My Transactions History' by selecting a clock icon on the left menu.

How can I buy cryptocurrencies/foreign currencies not on the exchange list?
If the digital asset/foreign currency you would like to purchase is unavailable for direct purchase on the platform, please contact the customer service or relationship manager with the link to the token you would like to purchase.
