Withdrawal/deposit to a Wrong Address

I withdrew/deposited my funds to the wrong address. Can I retrieve my fund?

Suppose you mistakenly withdraw/deposit your funds to the wrong address. In that case, UTGL will be unable to locate the receiver of your funds and provide you with any further assistance because our system initiates the withdrawal process as soon as the instruction is executed.

However, you could try to retrieve your fund from the third party with the following measurements:

  • If you sent your assets to an incorrect address by mistake and know the owner of this address, please get in touch with the owner directly.

  • If you sent your assets to the wrong address on another platform, please get in touch with the customer support of that platform for assistance.

  • Finally, please get in touch with the platform's customer support and provide them with the Public Transaction Hash of your withdrawal. To locate your Public Transaction Hash, please see How to find my public transaction hash.
