You can exchange foreign currencies on UTGL portal via the following steps:

Navigate to 'Currencies' under 'HONG KONG CUSTODIAN'.

Click on the exchange button in 'Overview'.

Select the asset types you wish to 'Sell' and 'Buy' in the subsequent Exchange page. Then, enter the amount.

Once you have settled with your ideal rate, click 'Confirm Exchange".
