UTGL

You can transfer your digital asset from your UTGL account swiftly and securely to another platform or digital wallet. The process is simple and straightforward. This guide includes information and details on how to withdraw digital assets on UTGL platform.

To withdraw digital assets on UTGL platform, please follow the steps below to ensure that your withdrawal instruction is processed correctly:

Go to 'Maintenance' from Quick Actions or from Overview (Digital asset withdrawal can also be performed from Pay under Digital Custody).

Select ‘Digital Assets’ under 'Offshore Account'.

Select the asset you wish to withdraw from the list. 

On the withdrawal instruction form that follows, please select the network, enter the recipient address, withdrawal amount, and remarks (optional). When complete, click 'Submit'.

Next, you will enter a withdrawal instruction confirmation page. Please review the instruction to avoid any errors. Once all information is confirmed to be accurate, click 'Confirm' to proceed. If not, click 'Back' to go back and re-enter the correct information.

Following your confirmation, you are required to verify your identity. As the verification page shows up, click 'Send Code'. Then enter the authentication code you received via SMS for verification purposes, and click 'Confirm'.

Your withdrawal instruction will be placed once the confirmation page appears.
