If you forgot your ATM PIN number or believe that an unauthorized party has compromised it, you can always reset your ATM PIN on UTGL portal. Here are the steps:

Navigate to 'Card' under 'Main Menu'.

Select the card which you wish to reset ATM PIN from the list of Card accounts.

Once the card overview page appears, click 'Change ATM PIN'.

Enter and re-enter your new 6-digit ATM PIN according to the requirements when the popup appears, and click 'Continue'.

Following your submission, you are required to verify your identity. As the verification page shows up, click 'Send Code'. Then enter the authentication code you received via SMS for verification purposes, and click 'Confirm'.

Your ATM PIN will be reset successfully once the confirmation message appears.
