Transfer Process
Transferring digital assets between your UTGL account and other exchanges/wallets involves three steps:
Withdrawal/deposit instructions on UTGL platform
Blockchain network confirmation
Deposit on the corresponding platform
Typically, a withdrawal/deposit instruction will take some time to confirm that particular transaction and even longer for the funds to be injected into the destination wallet. The amount of time required for “network confirmations” varies from blockchain to blockchain.
Processing Time
The processing time for each digital asset is as below:
Injection/Transfer:
Bitcoin | < 30 minutes |
Ethereum and ERC20 Tokens (including NFT) | < 10 minutes |
Tron and TRC20 Tokens | < 5 minutes |
Solana and SPL Tokens | < 5 minutes |
Withdrawal:
Withdrawal instructions for digital assets are usually processed within 2 business days. |
Tracking
Due to possible network congestion, there might be a significant delay in processing your transaction. You may use the public transaction hash to look up the status of the transfer of your assets by using a blockchain explorer.
