I haven't received the email/sms verification code during the sign-up process. What should I do?

Please wait 1 minute and click 'Send me a new code' under the 'Verify' option if you failed to receive the email verification code during the sign-up process.

  • Make sure that you have entered the correct email.

  • Make sure to check your spam folder in your inbox.

  • Furthermore, contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to ensure that they aren't blocking any email traffic coming from UTGL.

  • The phone number may be incorrect.

  • The verification message may have been blocked by your phone.

  • The service provider may have blocked the message.

  • You may have a poor network connection.

  • If you still do not receive an SMS/verification code, please contact our customer service for assistance.
