Bank transfer is a common and secure way to access your assets, and UTGL platform makes it easy for you to get your assets transferred to your bank account. This guide includes information and details on how to withdraw assets via bank transfer on UTGL platform.
Steps
To withdraw assets via Bank Transfer on UTGL platform, please follow the steps below to ensure that your withdrawal instruction (bank transfer) is processed correctly:
Go to 'Maintenance' from Quick Actions or from Overview.
Select ‘Currencies’ under 'Hong Kong Account' or 'US Account'/'SG Account' under 'Offshore Account'.
Select 'Bank Transfer', and click 'Continue'.
Select the bank account to which you wish to withdraw your fund, and click 'Continue'.
(If you would like to transfer your fund to or add a new account, please expand the menu and click 'New Account'.)
On the withdrawal instruction form that follows, please select the account from which you would like to withdraw your cash, enter the amount, and other optional information. When complete, click 'Submit'.
Next, you will enter a withdrawal instruction confirmation page. Please review the instruction to avoid any errors. Once all information is confirmed to be accurate, click 'Confirm' to proceed. If not, click 'Back' to go back and re-enter the correct information.
Following your confirmation, you are required to verify your identity. As the verification page shows up, click 'Send Code'. Then enter the authentication code you received via SMS for verification purposes, and click 'Confirm'.
Your withdrawal instruction will be placed once the confirmation page appears.
