Go to 'Inject' from Quick Actions or from Overview.

Select ‘Currencies’ under 'Hong Kong Account' or 'US Account'/'SG Account' under 'Offshore Account'.

Select 'On-Site Drop Off', and click 'Continue'.

Select your preferred drop-off location and donor on the subsequent page, and click 'Continue'.

*If you would like to designate or add a new donor, please expand the menu and click 'New Donor'.

On the injection instruction form that follows, please select the account to which you would like to inject your cash, enter the amount, and other optional information. Once complete, click 'Submit'.

*Please make sure to enter a whole number (no decimals) for the drop-off amount.

Following your submission, you are required to verify your identity. As the verification page shows up, click 'Send Code'. Then enter the authentication code you received via SMS for verification purposes, and click 'Confirm'.

Your injection instruction will be placed once a direction reminder appears. Please save or print it for future reference.

Be sure to arrive at the designated drop-off location during the hours specified on the direction reminder. The donor will need to bring a valid form of identification, such as an ID card or passport, to present to the contact person.

Sign the Cash Injection Acknowledgement Form to drop off your cash.
