To inject assets via On-Site Drop Off on UTGL platform, please follow the steps below to ensure that your injection instruction is processed correctly:
Go to 'Cash Injection’ under ‘Inject’
Choose the currency in which you wish to drop off and select account
Enter the amount and press ‘Continue’
Select your drop-off location and click 'Continue'
Select your Date and Time and click ‘Continue’
Choose a handler: either yourself or an appointed person
Review the instruction pre-confirmation and press ‘Confirm’ if all instruction is in order. Upon submitting the instruction, UTGL, as your trustee, will execute it on your behalf.
*Please make sure to enter a whole number (no decimals) for the drop-off amount.
On-Site Drop Off
Be sure to arrive at the designated drop-off location during the hours specified on the direction reminder. The donor will need to bring a valid form of identification, such as an ID card or passport, to present to the contact person.
Sign the Cash Injection Acknowledgement Form to drop off your cash.
