Yes. Trusts are regulated by high legal and compliance standards and fulfill all legal requirements.

In accordance with Section 2(1), Chapter 1 Section 2(a), of the Trust Recognition Ordinance (Cap. 76), the assets of the trust are held in an independent fund in the name of the trustee, and client and asset information is confidential. All trust management and operations will be carried out in the name of the trustee (UniTrust Global Limited), the assets and contents of the trust are strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties.

We have a dedicated team of relationship managers with professional qualifications, and solid knowledge to provide solutions tailored to your personal needs. The structure of a trust provides a greater scope of protection to clients’ assets than is offered to banking account customers under the Banking Ordinance.
