What is Phishing?

Phishing is a type of social engineering typically carried out by email, telephone, or text message. The attackers disguise themselves as reputable entities or businesses to lure victims to disclose sensitive data such as personal ID, banking, credit card information and passwords, etc.

What is Anti-Phishing Code?

Anti-Phishing Code is a security feature that allows users to enhance the security level of their accounts. Once the Anti-Phishing Code is enabled, you will see it on all legitimate emails sent from UTGL (See screenshot below). The code will help you distinguish authentic emails from phishing emails, thus preventing phishing attempts.
