I just lost/damaged my card. What am I supposed to do now?

If you have recently lost your card or it has become damaged, don't worry. You can easily get a replacement card through the UTGL portal. To do this, you will need to place a card replacement instruction order. This article will provide you with a guide to place a card replacement instruction order on the UTGL portal, including the necessary steps and any potential issues that you may encounter.

Steps:

Login to your UTGL Trust portal account, then navigate to the ‘Card’ tab on the left bar menu.

Click on the card you wish to replace, then click on the drop down menu located on the top-right section of the pop-up. Then, click on ‘Replace Card
