I just lost/damaged my card. What am I supposed to do now?

If you have recently lost your card or it has become damaged, don't worry. You can easily get a replacement card through the UTGL portal. To do this, you will need to place a card replacement instruction order. This article will provide you with a guide to place a card replacement instruction order on the UTGL portal, including the necessary steps and any potential issues that you may encounter.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to 'Card' under 'Main Menu'.

  2. Select the card for which you wish to configure notification settings from the list of Card accounts.

  3. Once the card overview page appears, click on 'Replace Card' in the upper right corner.

  4. Select your 'Reason to Replace', click 'Continue'.

  5. Then, select your preferred method of receiving the card, click 'Confirm'.

* Note:

  1. Once you place the replacement instruction, the card will be deactivated immediately and cease to function.

  2. Each card replacement is subject to a replacement fee of 50.00 HKD.
