Borderless payment is a service that allows users to request UTGL to make a payment for purchases, bills, and invoices on the user's behalf by simply placing a bill payment instruction.

Who is eligible for borderless payment?

Currently, borderless payment is only available to Level 2 account holders.

Are there any fees for borderless payment?

There are no fees for borderless payment.

How to place a bill payment instruction?

You can place a bill payment instruction by:

Navigating to 'Bill Payment' under 'Payment'.

Click on '+New Bill Payment Instruction' on the Bill Payment interface.

Upload the screenshot(s) of your invoice and fill out the instruction form. Click 'Next'.

Confirm the information on the subsequent confirmation. Click 'Confirm'.

* Note: The payment account, currency, and amount can be specified in the bill payment instruction form.

1. Navigating to 'Bill Payment' under 'Payment'.
2. Click on '+New Bill Payment Instruction' on the Bill Payment interface.
3. Upload the screenshot(s) of your invoice and fill out the instruction form. Click 'Next'.
 
 
4. Confirm the information on the subsequent confirmation. Click 'Confirm'.
